• Lawful use only; no illegal or harmful activities.
• No hacking, probing, or attempting to bypass security controls.
• No introducing malware or attempting to disrupt availability.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Account security: keep your password secure and notify us of unauthorized use.
• Accurate information: provide current and accurate information when creating and maintaining your account.

BOTFORGE provides functionality for building and deploying AI chatbots. Features may include:

• AI chatbot functionality: generating responses based on user prompts and configured knowledge.
• Embeddable widget: deploying a chatbot to your website via a script snippet.
• Knowledge base (RAG): retrieving relevant information from your connected content to ground answers.

We may modify, add, or remove features over time. We will try to minimize disruption and keep the Service reliable.

The Service uses AI systems to generate outputs. AI-generated responses may be incomplete, incorrect, or inappropriate for certain contexts.

• You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them for decisions involving legal, medical, financial, safety, or other high-stakes contexts.
• You are responsible for configuring your chatbot, knowledge sources, and any user-facing instructions shown to visitors.

BOTFORGE may offer free and paid plans now or in the future. Paid plans may include feature limits, usage caps, and account-level restrictions.

• Billing: if you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes.
• Plan limitations: features and limits may vary by plan and can be enforced technically.
• Pricing changes: we reserve the right to modify pricing and plan structures. If changes apply to an active subscription, we will provide reasonable notice where appropriate.

If you enable lead capture, you are responsible for the information collected from visitors and for complying with applicable privacy, marketing, and data protection laws.

• Ensure you have a lawful basis to collect and process visitor data.
• Provide required notices and obtain consents where applicable.
• Handle leads securely and respect opt-out requests.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal activities or to promote illegal content.
• Abuse rate limits, attempt to overload infrastructure, or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Scrape, harvest, or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law.
• Use the Service to collect sensitive personal data without appropriate safeguards and consents.
• Use the Service to generate or distribute malware, phishing, or deceptive content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BOTFORGE and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

You acknowledge that AI outputs may be incorrect and that you are responsible for how you use the Service and its outputs.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, abused the Service, or created risk or legal exposure for us or other users.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Additional account deletion options may be available.

The Service, including software, design, branding, and related content, is owned by BOTFORGE and/or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where the Service operator is based, without regard to conflict of law principles. Where required, mandatory consumer protections may still apply.
